Dr. O'Connor helped me fully return after every injury I had as a competitive soccer player, and there were many. He is exceptional at Manual Therapy, and using this skill to return full-function to joints and muscles. He is able to effectively address post-operative conditions, as well as acute, chronic and overuse situations. Mike is also sound in his clinical approaches, using selection of exercises to stretch and strengthen the related muscles. He is kind, professional, and the best physical therapist I have ever sought help from. Right before Covid, I had a bilateral total knee replacement (both at the same time). Covid forced me to do my PT online with Mike. His clinical knowledge is unparalleled. He knew exactly what I needed. Guided me and mentored me through interventions and exercises, everything from regaining full extension, improving skin health and reducing scar tissue, and being seamlessly ready to move forward when I was able to return in-person.
I give him and his online practice my highest recommendation.

LOW BACK PAIN RELIEF
4-Step Calming Sequence
Back pain can be debilitating . . . with muscle spasms & guarding that can take your breath away.
As a Physical Therapist, I have repeatedly used this 4-step sequence to help many calm this pain-spasm-pain cycle and begin the healing process.
Learn MoreWe all want to live a pain free and active lifestyle
that we can enjoy with friends and family
But the truth is . . . at some point, most of us begin to struggle with some form of pain, mobility issue, joint stiffness, muscle weakness, decreasing balance, and more
As a Physical Therapist, I've seen this occur from . . .
✔ time constraints of raising a family
✔ working long hours
✔ sustaining an injury
✔ requiring a surgery
✔ being "labeled" with a diagnosis
✔ or simply, from natural aging

SHOULDER PAIN RELIEF
3-Steps to Quick Comfort
There's nothing worse than the feeling of nagging pain, not sleeping well, & just not being able to do what you want!
In this training, I'll share the strategies I've used to help thousands of individuals to restore comfort & regain functional control of their upper body (& life)
Learn MoreI know you've tried to get relief . . .
Maybe at first it was just hoping the persistent pain and nagging stiffness would subside. And then it was the recommended rest, ice, medication, and latest "gadget" . . . but daily tasks still seem impossible and you're just not moving like you used to.
You've taken the responsible step of reaching out to a professional, hoping for answers. Yet, the results you've been chasing remain elusive, leaving you frustrated and disheartened. At best, you've experienced temporary healing or have been told "it's just going to take more time".
The Impact On You?
It's more than just physical discomfort . . . it's the emotional toll. You've invested time, money, energy, and encountered poor healthcare service, and received generic approaches to healing that yielded little to no clear improvement.
Well, that's just not good enough!
But don't lose hope just yet

Working with Dr. O Connor on my mobility issues has been a game changer! As a long-distance runner, I had physical issues that were preventing me from running. I had previously worked with other PT’s with limited success and was skeptical that more PT would help. However, Dr. O’Connor quickly assessed my mobility issues and gave me a treatment plan involving easy stretches and strength training that I did on my own. I couldn’t believe that simple, easy, targeted stretching could make such a difference! I am back to running 20-30 miles a week!

I love helping people get that feeling & that look in their eyes of “What the heck did you just do, to make my (neck, hip, knee....) feel better?!" That simple reply (literally) gives me chills down my spine. That's when you know you're addressing the primary issue for someone.
Best Response - Ever !!

I was having crazy shoulder pain after spending 3 days in the hospital for another issue. It was keeping me up at night & started to bother my neck too. Dr. O'Connor's shoulder video series helped me gain immediate control over the issue and begin active healing. Pain was gone in 2 days & I learned how to prevent it from coming back . . . So thankful!!

I was driving from the US to Canada last summer. Suddenly, I started having back spasms & could barely get out of the car. Dr. O'Connor sent me his (online) body mechanics and low back stretches that changed everything. So easy to follow and they work. Luckily, I listened & did the exercises before driving again, preventing further incidents. Vacation saved!
About Dr. O'Connor . . .
Welcome Friends!
I have been a practicing Orthopedic Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) for over 25 years, and have been fortunate to impact the lives of thousands of individuals. My schooling was focused on evidence based, one-on-one care. But even in the late 1990's, this model was difficult to find. This drove me to open up my very own Physical Therapy practice - the day after I graduated PT school!
I understand the frustration of being injured, or just not feeling physically well. Over the years, a fractured hand requiring 3 screws, a back injury, and an ACL (knee ligament) reconstruction helped me gain a level of understanding only attained by "becoming a patient" myself - I have been where you are!

Don't I have to work with you on a treatment table for this to be effective?
I can completely understand your hesitation. I had the same skepticism during the Covid pandemic when I had to use (online) technology to assist people.
This online program does work for most people, and the best part is . . . you don’t just have to take my word for it (& you should never just “take anyone’s word for it!")
I teach you Self Assessments that give you immediate feedback if our intervention is working . . . so you’ll be able to tell me that it is working, without question!
I've tried other programs before and I could never tell if they were working!
I can completely understand your frustration.
When I was treating full time as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a majority of my practice was helping patients that were on their 3rd, 4th, or even 5th PT !!
I completely understand the doubt that this can create. That is why I have implemented the same strategies I successfully used (for over 24 years) in practice, into my programs.
If you are not measuring . . . you are guessing!
The primary focus (just as I used in person) is to teach you Self Assessments that provide a baseline to measure your progress. This way . . . you’ll be able to tell me that it’s working, without question - instead of just "taking my word for it"!!
Physical Therapy cannot be done over video on my computer or phone!
That's true . . . I cannot mobilize or stretch anyone over the internet.
But this is not physical therapy treatment . . . it is empowering you to determine if you’re moving properly (from head to toe) & if not - exactly what to do about it!
Just as I did with my in person patients, I can teach you how to “Become Your Own PT”; how to know (better than anyone) how you are currently actively moving.
This is critical information and it changes, so we should be "Self Assessing" periodically (i.e. at least once every few months is recommended)
I'm not sure who this Dr. O'Connor is?
Oh, I get it . . . It seems there’s a PT (or some kind of healer) on every corner (of the internet) these days!! You want to screen all "experts" carefully - without a doubt!
What I can tell you is that I have been helping Orthopedic patients for over 24 years - that’s over 20,000 direct patient care treatments that I've been a part of.
As I mentioned, a majority of my patients were those that did not get the results they were looking for, with other practitioners (PT’s, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, etc.).
I am laser focused on outcomes, and that is precisely how I designed my online programs . . . to get results!
The primary focus (just as I used in person) is to teach you Self Assessments that measure your progress . . . so you’ll be able to tell me, better than I could tell you - that it’s working!
To get a better understanding of my style . . . I recommend you check out my website, YouTube page, and blog posts.
